Yes, Floors of Distinction provides flooring installation solutions in and around Perth. Our in-house Perth flooring installers and sanders all possess extensive commercial and residential experience. How Soon Can I Walk On My Floors?
This will depend on what kind of flooring surface is being installed. A prefinished timber flooring can be walked on immediately after installation. Whereas, raw boards which are finished onsite, typically can be walked on (with socks) 24 hours after the last finishing coast is applied. Although dry, the finish will still be soft and so we recommend allowing 4 days for curing before placing furniture and 2 weeks before placing any rugs.
Do you repair damaged floors?
Yes, we repair damaged flooring. Most flooring that has been damaged can be handled by insurance companies. For more information, please click here. Non insurance repairs are handled on a case by case basis. We recommend emailing through pictures and including any information.
